25 March 2008 SERENITY was released and readers were introduced to the Gezane universe where humans and bhresya share the planet. Serenity, human princess of Cheslav, and Melchior, king of the bhresya nation Nexeu, entered into a political marriage to ensure peace between their peoples.
Joining Serenity on her journey to her new home were her Hell Hounds, bhresya guards who loved her and had devoted their lives to keeping Serenity safe. Among those guards is Chigaru, the captain of the Hell Hounds, and Serenity’s closest friend. Though Chigaru’s love for his queen goes beyond simple loyalty, Serenity’s heart belongs to her husband.
After years of waiting and wondering and fielding readers’ emails asking if Chigaru will ever get a story (believe me, I know I took a while on this one), Chigaru’s story will now be told.
Coming December 2013 (tentative date, subject to change), KRISTAR, the continuation of the Gezane universe tales will be released from Bookstrand Publishing.
